AAA Cars is dedicated to providing a high-quality service at competitive rates. Below is a detailed list of our standard rates and fees. These have been modelled on a trip from Weymouth and is by no means exhaustive.

Please contact us to get a quote for other locations or trips with special arrangements.  We are happy to service the South of England and beyond.

Six or Eight Seater vehicles are available upon request and cost a little more.  Please contact us for an exact price.

Payments

Payments can be made prior to a booking by PAYMENT LINK, or by bank transfer.  We can also take cash on the day of the transfer.  All payments must be made on or before the day of first trip.

We are happy to take payments by bank transfer, and will gladly forward an invoice to you for this.  

We are always happy to give a receipt for work carried out, and can email an invoice to you prior to the transfer, along with a scanned copy of any credit card receipts.

Invoice accounts can be set up for any company that wants to be billed for regular work, along with fixed rates and terms of payment.  Please ask.

There is no additional charge for extra passengers. Up to four passengers may ride in a standard sized vehicle for the price of one.  Up to six passengers may ride in an MPV for the same price and up to eight may ride in a minibus.   The vehicles do however have different tariffs, as agreed upon booking.

Our trips must be pre-booked and confirmed by us before the pickup as we are a private hire firm.  We can take cash on the day of the booking, but prefer to take payments by debit/credit card, or by bank transfer.

We do not normally have a cancellation fee, unless the driver has been directly incovenienced by the booking cancellation.  In other words, if the driver is already on route to the pickup when the job is cancelled, or if it is a "no show" then a fee may be payable.

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 per hour for pre-agreed waiting time. This is not applicable when at the arrivals lounge in an airport,  unless incorrect flight information is given by the customer.

It remains the responsibility of the customer to book the vehicle at an appropriate time to get to the airport in time for a flight.  We can only act according to the information given and cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to missing a flight, even if it is due to excessive traffic or a breakdown of our vehicle.  

In the event of a breakdown...We will endevour to make sure that the customer gets to their destination in as quick a time as is reasonably practicable, and to do it at the original price agreed, even if that means booking an alternative local company to complete the job.

A service charge is not included in the prices listed above. We leave    gratuities to the discretion of the customer, so if you liked the service, please leave a tip! Our drivers will appreciate it :)
